I can recommend cduniverse.com! They have really really low prices, and the shipping prices are...ok!

I ordered the Evanescence album there last year, 2 months before it was released over here and I had no problems with cduniverse, everything worked fine. But, they do put the full value (but without shipping costs, if I remember it correctly) on the customs sticker.

For shipping I paid 6.99$ - which is no real prob, cause you get many CD's for 8-10$!!!! Plus the exchange rates - you can make a real bargain

Unfortunately, I'm looking at buying just 1 or 2 CDs at a time, to keep under the £18 Customs limit for VAT and Duty, which is why I was wondering about any suppliers with low price (i.e. $1.99 or less)/ free shipping – I don’t mind waiting a few weeks for delivery. Customs friendly declarations would also be a bonus
