Hi,

I ordered 2 DVDs from fivestar at 11/27. Unfortunately the package (Global Priority Mail, flat rate envelope without the DVD boxes) never made it here (Netherlands). I order a DVD from fivestar earlier this year (same shipping method) without problems.

Any thoughts on the average reliability of global priority mail? Is it wise to try again???

It could take longer if the package will go through Frankfurt first, it happened to me with an order from Gamelink via GPM. I got that one in three weeks though.

Well, I had an order from them, sent by this method, disappear earlier in the year, and after some writing back and forth we were able to come to some agreement, so in short, write them politely and I am sure they can help you out. Since then, I haven't used Global Priority again, so I can't comment on how reliable it is.

I'd given up hope, but: today the package arrived. undamaged/unopened, without additional customs/tax whatever.

The package was postmarked Arizona, 11/29.

Global Priority is usually good from the USA to Uk. Takes about 3-4 days from my experience.
Seems to sail through customs unchecked as well. But it no doubt has been.
