I don't know for sure, just basing this on looking at the box covers. I'm pretty sure the Paloma in I Got the Biggest Tits: Wet T Shirt Contest is the same as this Paloma (similar color hair, parted on her right side, similar natural boobs). This Paloma has different colored hair, a different hairstyle, plucked eyebrows, more prominent cheekbones, she looks more mature, might have a boob job, just a different look altogether. I don't have anything definitive. I can't see enough from the box covers of the other two to be able to tell anything.
