Otherwise, you are not teaching your kid good morals at such a young age.

Kids find things that they should't have. Even if someone does a wonderful job of hiding or even locking up things that they don't want their kids to have access to, kids have ways of getting things. If this weren't the case, there would be no kids who smoked.

I know that when cable TV was first available when I was a kid, if you bought the top tier of service, Playboy (or whatever it was called back then) was included in the service. If you didn't want Playboy, there was a little filter with a key that the cable company would install on the line to block the signal. My parents had this lock installed. I had a copy of the key almost immediately.

I'm sure that it's not too hard to get around the parental lock methodology either. I'm just wondering if the adult companies are even providing this option.

I just want to mention that the parental lock feature is a standard of all the PRIVATE DVDs. This was defined as one of the "must" features of all our titles when the regular DVD production guidelines were defined more than 2 years ago.
This is provided as a tool to help parents (that are the ones responsible for trying to shape their childs moral values) define the education they want for their children.

One thing that I have detected is the diverse ways that the brands have to implement the Parental Lock feature in their respective players... So read the instruction book carefully and do some testing to set it up correctly.
