All DVD players have a methodology of allowing parents to lock their children out of playing titles above a given ratings limit by utilizing a security code.
I recently saw a Wicked title that specifically mentioned this capability on the back cover. Is this something that must be specifically coded onto the individual DVD's, or are all DVD's required to have this "rating"?
If this is not a DVD requirement, are all adult companies taking advantage of this feature of DVD? I would think that in today's society of litigation and religous fanatacism (protecting our children), it would be crazy for companies to not utilize this function.
I would be interested to hear opinions on this from the different company representatives that lurk in these parts.
