Scalia also averred that, State laws against bigamy, same-sex marriage, adult incest, prostitution, masturbation, adultery, fornication, bestiality, and obscenity are likewise sustainable only in light of Bowers' validation of laws based on moral choices. All experts agree this nullifies all laws on sex and obscenity and could put age of consent laws in jeopardy. Since that ruling the court has change, lost 1 vote for and one vote against. But that still 5 to 4 in favor. Chief Justice Roberts unlike Chief Justice Rehnquist is a true constitutional scholar. I maybe wrong but I don’t see him going down in history as limiting freedoms and civil rights. Justice Alito, Jr. He is a conservative jurist with a libertarian streak (especially on First Amendment issues); he may not join Justice Antonin Scalia, and Justice Clarence Thomas in voting against this opinion. We just need to hope we get through the next 2 years without any more Bush appointees and elect a democrat for president If we do Max could be home free on his charges. But I don’t see anyone pushing the limits on real incest and bestiality. Real incest and bestiality would put the performers at risk and their not rich or making millions to defend themselves. I think fictional incest or pretending to be under 18 could be won very easily. Hollywood will push that. They already fired the first shot with the fictional rape of Dakota Fanning in Hounddog. Even Gonzales wouldn’t take the bait. I think the challenge on real incest will come from a case similar to Lawrence v Texas between adult brother and sister or adult daughter and father. I think the age of consent laws or the law declaring minor’s adults can be won too. One of these laws has to go. This week 2 15 year olds were declared adults and will stand trial as an adult for crimes they committed. A teacher was charged with having sex with a 16 year old. Why is 2 15 year olds mentally competent enough to decide right and wrong and be held accountable for their actions and not mentally competent enough to decide to have consensual sex. I think one of these laws has to go. I think the age of consent has to coincide with the age juveniles are declared adults for crimes. Bestiality is a no brainier. We use animals for all kinds of things without their permission. If you hurt an animal you go to jail it doesn’t matter if you had sex with it or just kicked it across the room. I would prefer a lower minimum age too, "bestiality" - I prefer the term "animal porn", is still legal in the Netherlands. But my opinion isnt the result of "porn sales are bad, now we have to break more taboos". I doubt, that worldwide porn sales are bad. But the sales from 2001-2005 werent normal. Too many male customers rented and bought too much, many havent even seen the movies. Now its turning back to a normal sale. A lower minimum age and animal porn is only a way back to the roots of porn. Porn can be enormous fun. And I only have fun, when the actors/actresses have fun too. Max Hardcore is a bad example, he is a taboo breaker, but he also has diminished the reputation of porn. With several of his epigones, like GGG, Rocco, JM Prod. etc. Its incredible difficult to interest more female viewers, but if these porn "movies" are shelved in the stores in the first rows, the chance is almost zero, that this will attract more female customers. The old Teenage Porn movies and animal porn ( especially horses ) had several female followers. We dont need more taboo breaking, but more authenticity ( sex isnt beginning with the 18th birthday ) ,romantic animal porn, more porn with intelligent stories, much more fun and idealism. But in a society, which is haunting everyone with feelings of guilt, who enjoys porn and sex, this is an ideal that will never be reached, until the policiy isnt dominated by upholders of conservative moral standards. TV stations have been bombed, etc. etc. etc. One of the leading edges in this attempt to crack down on free-speech is porn, and the leading edge of that is kiddie porn. I don't think sex is a life altering experience and certainly does not deserve the magnitude of importance society places on it. Teenage pregnancy and STD's are life altering experiences. I think for society a responsible 40 yr old having sex with a 14 yr old should be preferable over two 14 yr olds having sex. Remember we're really just talking about girls here. No one really cares if boys have sex. Our attitudes go back to a girls only value is purity and virginity. Once that is lost she used goods with no worth. And some slick man comes in and steals her worth from her. I think virginity should be viewed as a starting place not the end. SexyHard thanks for your warning.
