Anal sex is still very much a specialty fetish in US porn. The female performer gets paid more to do anal. It is not an act that is expected in movies aimed for widespread distribution (ie, cable tv and hotels), which features and parodies generally are.
If you want anal in your parodies, I would stick with the European made parodies where anal is usually expected as a part of every scene.
