My best guess is that it's 20 percent real.

Most of the girls are just too damn model hot to "spontaneously" decide to start proffering blowjobs in a night club.

On the other hand, condoms are frequently used which points to authenticity. Furthermore, some of the girls affect an "eeeewwww" response when a dangling dick is headed their way, which is both way cute and way hot.

I believe these take place in the Czech Republic. I have read that for the most part, clubs are rented out and the word is out that there will be hardcore action being filmed. Civilians are there, but how many of them participate is beyond me.
