If you hold up a pear by it's stem, it's smaller at the top and larger at the bottom. Some ladies have small breasts but large bottoms, sort of backwards from many males ideal lady, large breasts and tight butt.
I kinda like the pear-shaped ladies, particularly those who resist butcher shop boob jobs that forever mar their appearance.
Kristina Rose and Brianna Love are pretty gals and pretty good examples of the pear-shaped lady.

I love this body type. Kristina Rose and Brianna Love are good examples, but Luscious Lopez is the closest thing to pear-shaped perfection for my money.
Other favorites: Monica Breeze, Sophia Castello, Ice La Fox (pre-implants) and Ricki White (pre-implants, but I'll take her either way really).

Naomi Russell was close to pear-shaped. She was a little heavy when she began but lost weight. Towards the end, she was nicely pear-shaped. Small breasted with an ample bottom.

I consider "pear shaped" to be slightly similar to "coke bottle shaped". Or maybe I just focus in on hips too much. Two of my favs are:

I really think you're looking for "hourglass" figures. I always thought of pear shaped as those ladies with really large asses and legs and a small upper body. Not all that sexy IMO !

Yeah, but I guess chest size would be the deal breaker when determining the difference (maybe). I work in the Medical field, and I was told by some mumbo- jumbo health analysis this year that I was considered "pear" regardless of my chest size.

Just wanted to interject that pear-shaped is not hourglass. Hourglass refers to balanced proportions. Pear-shaped women tend to have much smaller upper bodies. Hourglass means that the shoulders, bust, and hips are in equal proportion to each other.

"mignon" is a slang term for a really lean, muscular woman. So the clit probably has more to do with an elevated testosterone level than fake boobs. Actually, now that I think about it, the elevated testosterone probably causes both because it causes small boobs, which of course in turn causes big boobs :)
There're quite a few brazilians with this condition... one was called Aphrodite and she was built like Monica Santhiago... just a thick, strong looking woman but still feminine.

If you like this body type, the Kink.com (and related) sites are a good place to see them the way they should look (instead of the bizarre fisheye effect you get in a lot of porn).
