Some do it intentionally to slow down pirates. Some sites are on shared or vps server while other sites are just slow. It's life.

This confuses me.
and FWIW:
Most web browsers and Windows task manager measure data in Bytes.
Most internet service providers measure data in bits.
Bytes is abbreviated 'B' (uppercase B); bits is abbreviated 'b' (lowercase b).
1 Byte = 8 bits
therefore 750KBps (750 KiloBytes per Second) = 6 Mbps (6 MegaBits per second)
This may or may not be relevant to your post.

Have you contacted the sites to ask them what is their bandwidth/server capability? If they are capable of maxing out your ISP speed, then something technical is wrong, and it's not necessarily the websites' fault.

I did contact them too, but i may have reacted too soon. I got hold of a download manager/accelerator and atleast on Brazzers i'm now downloading at my max speed.

I love these kinds of post because there is very little information to help us understand what the problem is but there bitching and sorry to be blunt but a pathetic justification for stealing porn. How about you actually tell us which site or sites you are talking about in the first place, at what time you are trying to download porn and then maybe we can offer some suggestions. I can guarantee you that none of the suggestions will involve you stealing content.
