In Finally Legal 5, there's a set of twins that I know does PTOGM with each other, and might do ATOGM, but I'm not sure because I haven't seen the movie (I know they do ass-to-mouth, but I don't know if it's their-ass-to-their-own-mouth or their-ass-to-their-sister's-mouth).
