In a tweet, Dan said that "As of now, there is one performer in Budapest who has tested positive for syphilis. I am shutting down production until further notice." Industry attorney Michael Fattorosi, who represents Dan, said that information in the tweet was also confirmed by someone else in the E.U. on a private adult industry board. Fattorosi told XBIZ: "Here's what I know - one male performer is confirmed positive. There are potentially more than a dozen performers that are first-generation exposures." "There were a few U.S. performers that were in E.U. for the shows that were potentially exposed, as well who are back in the U.S. now," Fattorosi said. Unlike shoots in the U.S. and Canada, shoots in Europe use a variety of testing protocols, and do not always participate in the PASS database. However, as U.S.-based performers increasingly travel for work in Europe, and we believe a small number of performers may have a risk of exposure.
