FYI, the IAFD will be almost no help in finding out.
Pretty much the best you can do on the IAFD is see if actors and actresses appear in the same film.
You would then have to dig deeper on your own using reviews and/or boxcovers to see if they actually worked together.
Even this only works if complete and accurate cast lists exist on the IAFD for every film they appear in (which is never the case).

You will also have to look through many "Carmens" instead of just searching for Carmen Hayes as there will many instances of different girls mixed up within the listings.
There are also many incomplete and inaccurate listings as many (most?) of the information on the IAFD starts out as simply being entered from the boxcovers and company information... and you know how accurate and dependable that is.

My suggestion would be to do a search for "Carmen" only and see if any "Carmen" hits eventually turn out to be Carmen Hayes.

From time to time I help Peter and Jeff (the IAFD) with detailed cast and scene lists when I see listings that need help.
One of the larger undertakings I did over a year ago was to sort out the hodgepodge of "Nautica" listings and accurately (as of then) sort out the listings for Nautica Thorn and Nautica Binx.

Bottom line is:
The IAFD is a mammoth undertaking and extremely useful.
Just don't assume it to be absolutely correct...
and don't take the absence of something as proof that it doesn't exist either!
It is far from definitive... just one of several necessary tools.

One example of how Peter North is impossible to track accurately via the IAFD would be the Deep Throat This series. Frequently, Peter is the only male stud listed as appearing in the film (although he usually only appears in 3-4 of the scenes). There actually are about 3-5 other studs in these films, but they are uncredited.
When Craven Moorehead was directing the series for Peter, he would often appear in one or two scenes in each film... but you would never know it from the cast lists!
And, you would never be able to pair up Craven with the actress who sucked him off if you tried to do a "Craven with actress" search on the IAFD.
