I haven't seen it but there's a 1997 Thomas Paine movie with Peter North called Original Sin that could be the film you're talking about.

The story follows a girl who is suffering from some religious guilt over her love of sex. She continually visits the confessional in a church to tell the priest about her sexual exploits and in the end deep throats him while telling him "I've been a bad girl father" I know thats not much to go on but hey...
