In this article only, I am going by the "traditional" definition of "gay": sexual relations between two biological males. Hence, by this rigid definition, even if an otherwise straight male has sex with a beautiful, very feminine she-male, then that instance will be treated here as "gay activity."

Shall we proceed? Regarding your question, why has Peter North been allowed in non gay porn? The short answer: there is nothing or no one to stop him. (Less anyone misunderstands, I'm not suggesting that he even should be stopped.)

However, the case of Peter North is hardly unique, mrpeepers. Just consider the following:

* Tom Byron had sex with a she male in front of the camera early in his career. I've seen the evidence of this both on Luke Ford's website, as well as elsewhere on the Internet. Plus, I remember reading a Tom Byron interview in which he himself admitted to doing this.

* John Stagliano has had sex with she males before, including one in front of the camera (Buttman Confidential. )

* Porn legend John C. Holmes, late in his career, did several gay sex scenes. This is a well-established fact. At first, I refused to believe it, but was shown irrefutable proof in the form of actual pictures and movies.

* Black porn star Byron Long is said to have done gay porn at the start of his porn career.

* Julian (Jill Kelly's Ex) had done gay porn before going on to straight porn. Julian's position on this issue is that, while he won't bring the topic up himself, if you ask him if it's true, he'll admit it.

* Eric Price (another Jill Kelly Ex) had done some gay porn before specializing in non gay porn. In gay porn, Eric was known as Charlie Stone, I believe).

* I once read in a book by Jim Holliday called Only the Best, that veteran porn star Jamie Gillis did at least one gay scene early in his career.

* Tracy Winn, who's currently the subject of another thread here at ADT, did a sex scene in a movie called French Open, in which her real-life boyfriend David Angel sucked another man's penis (Jordan Smythe's ) while she (Tracy) screwed him in the butt with a strap-on dildo. I think even Jenna Haze would say that that was kind of gay.

* Ron Jeremy had sex on camera with a post-op transexual in the movie, Sulka's Wedding.

I could go on and on, mrpeepers, there are many examples.
Why should Peter North be singled out for special attention?

What if a porn stud working in straight porn, although he's never done gay porn before, HAS had at least one homosexual experience in his life? Then what? Ban him? How would you even know? Who would ban him?

Take for example Peter North. If porn studios are willing to hire him, and if female talent are willing to work with him, what's the problem? While not every porn girl who works with Peter knows about his gay porn past, I'm sure many do. So what?

The disease issue can be addressed in two ways:

1. Since the Marc Wallice Tragedy, the porn industry has gotten a LOT stricter about the testing of sexually-transmitted diseases. The much more accurate DNA-PCR HIV test is now the standard (as opposed to the less reliable ELISA test). Good documentation of test results is now the norm. Porn talent are tested more frequently. There is a central agency (AIM) that can track with a computer the genealogy of porn performers in their sex scenes with one another.

2. Female talent can elect to only work when a condom is used. Such a woman can specialize in feature films and work exclusively for porn studios that either require the use of condoms or at least permit their use as an option.

Should Peter North be expected to inform every woman before working with her that he has done gay porn in the past? No, not in my opinion at least. If Peter North is currently an active homosexual in his private life, then should he apprise every porn woman of that fact before doing a scene with her? HELL YES! But there is not one shred of real evidence that I'm aware of that proves that Peter North is currently practicing homosexuality.

Well, mrpeepers, that's my take on it.
