It's a confounding scene because we in the audience cant confirm that he came down her throat since obviously we cant see the cum going down her throat. But tell tale signs indicate it was real: Hartley sighs with glee afterwards, North's dick is flaccid after her suck-off and after having been completely stiff during the whole scene, and I dont think Paradise Visuals was a company faking any kind of cumshots at the time.
