I cant keep up anymore. The problem with the recession is that it's a double edged sword. It may indeed bring a lot more girls into porn. It also means that a lot more girls leave just as quickly. How many times have I read a thread about a new girl just starting and you have a dozen post about all the studios she has shot for before I read that she stopped doing porn. now I'm sure some of them had other reasons than they can't get booked for shoots but there must still be a pretty large percentage that can'ty make a living doing porn.
I'd rather get less girls to do porn but get to see them longer than the actual reality.

It's one thing to choose to leave early but another when you have to leave. The porn business isn't doing well and I don't see any great improvement in the near futur. The recession is far from over and that means more people out of work or people with smaller income. Whichever way it is. It means that people have less money to spend on things like porn. Just look at the number of movies being released each month and you see that production is way down. The number of active studios keeps going down. Girls that are willing to only do solo and G/G work are probably not getting that many offers. Adding B/G must increase their offers and I would imagine that adding anal, IR and DP's must also increases their offers. It's a money game. If you do "X" amount of shoots each month for "Y" amount of money than you can make a living at it. The more things a girl is willing to do on screen is going to alter the "X" and "Y" and that's to her benefit.
