Now that's what I call a specific scene request. I'm also a fan of the intrusive sound effect during porn scenes. Some perennial favourites are the barking dog, police siren and aeroplane (passing overhead).

I've seen it in some amateur scenes shot in hotel rooms The room phone (not a cellphone) sometimes rings; they always ignore it. I always wonder if the call is a noise complaint.

I know this isn't all that helpful, but I've definitely shot scenes where this happens. For a lot of the scenes at LilyCade.com, we shoot kind of informally, so if someone's phone goes off we'll make it part of the scene. "Oh, don't answer that we're busy" or whatever.
In "Fuck The Police" not answering a cell phone is a central plot point, but I'm not sure if the constructed version of this is what you're looking for. If it is, it's scene 3 in Fuck The Police, with Jessica Ryan and Vanessa Veracruz.
