The convention is a public event and there are signs that note that people will be taking photos/videos so by paying the ticket, you are giving implicit permission. Most noticeable photo shoot she did was doing playboy. When I saw her in Miami Beach, she did appreciate the photos and videos that I had of her from the last show. Then I got an email recently asking to take EVERYTHING down. Apparently, it may hurt her professional career. Not sure if was "mainstream, glamour, or other." She also argues that she did not give permission and did not sign anything that would allow these photos & videos to be posted. Her argument here is questionable. She signed up to be a Exxxotica hottie for the show so she should have known fans and media groups will be taking photos and videos of her. The show is a public event and there were signs stating that you can be photographed or videotaped. Granted that if you did look her up in flickr and YouTube, most of the material is made by me. At this point, almost all of the flickr photos are gone, leaving just a few group shots with her blocked out. On YouTube, all of her videos are gone except for three. One is a group video which I have unlisted. The other two are videos of other Exxxotica hotties but she's in the background so I haven't decided whether to remove those. She is no longer tagged too. The remaining three are last year's Exxxotica contest where she was in the Top 3 (no tags of her), and the other two are videos of other Exxxotica hotties, but she's in the background or part of the video but not the main focus. In fact, if you search for her in YouTube, you get only her Playboy photoshoots. Just waiting for her response, will keep you updated. [Link] |
