I have found that it is really a novelty that wears off if you don't know how to use it properly. Being on the receiving end of a lady with a tongue stud, it was neat the first few times... but after a while, I frankly didn't notice it. Now, it may be that the lady in question just didn't know how to utilize it properly. I'd need more data points for an accurate comparison. My opinion is that it's a tool in your toolbox. Useful, and in the hands of an expert, a force to be reckoned with. But if you don't know what to do with a torque wrench (so to speak), it's not that exciting. But that's my opinion. If you are considering it, ask some people who have them currently. My ex-girlfriend in high school had her tongue pierced. I thought it was cool and I ended up getting my tongue pierced after we broke up. Now my current girlfriend wants to get her tongue pierced as well. I think it has its benefits and can be addicting.

I think Darkmage had it right. I've had my tongue pierced for a year. John was uncomfortable at first (too much sensation), then loved it, and now... says it's nice. (And I've been told by some adult talent guys that I give some pretty darn good BJs, even when I didn't have the piercing.) Personally, I like giving BJs better now because it's more fun.
How can a BJ be enhanced? I've never heard anyone complain about the quality. Women... if you want to know how to make it better... the answer is to do it more often and without being asked. It's like giving someone a million bucks... it doesn't matter how you give it, just as long as you give it!
