Penny Flame

I watched the new Shane's World: Snow Trip and it got me thinking about Penny Flame. Not that I don't do that pretty much every day anyway, but it was less about her incredible body and her super fantastic sex appeal, that threatens the very existence of the modern male homosexual, and more about her place in the adult film business.

In this particular feature Penny was interacting with one of my other favorites, Dani Woodward, and I noticed a few things. Dani is more glamorous and Penny is more slutty. Dani looks like a 10 when she wakes up in the morning, Penny looks like, well, she kind of looks like me when I wake up in the morning. Dani wears these fancy, chic sunglasses that make her look like a super model and Penny can't even remember where she left her Walgreens, off-the-rack shades (they're on top of her head). Dani has a perfect body, toned and naturally thin but not in a Calista Flockhart sort of way. Penny has a few extra pounds and looks like she'd rather be doing a guy named Jim than even pondering the idea of going to an actual gym.

So, why, with all of that, would I still choose Penny Flame even over Dani...even over Aurora...even over (oh my god, I'm going to "say" it) more than Teagan? She just has a look about her, a look that you're born with, the way Tori Amos can just play the piano, Eric Clapton can play the guitar, and Will Hunting can just do math; Penny can do HOT. She's a sexual prodigy and you just want to watch her do her thing.

But what should she do with her porn career? What should I, as her #1 with a bullet fan, want from her or for her? She isn't going to be the next Jenna and she doesn't have that cute, All American cuteness of Teagan. She's not the girl next door like Aurora and she isn't the model type like Dani. But what she is...is just flat out, drop dead sexy.

If she would tone up the body, work on the make-up (she wears too much on her eyes), get a decent hair cut (it looks better straight than when she curls it a bit, but it still looks like something plopped down on her head and died), and I think her diet needs some work because her skin is a constant problem. I really think, though, that she could be one of the biggest things in the industry. She's already hot, but she seems like the Queen of Gonzo-style porn is the best she could do on this course. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

Is that a good thing? On the one hand, the one that isn't calloused from watching so many Penny Flame movies, she is making one great flick after the next and I couldn't be happier, but on the other hand, the one with the hairy palm, I want to see her make the leap. The "Teagan" leap if you will. I want to see her be the sex fiend that she is AND look so good the men shoot a load, uncontrollably like palsy tremors, just because they thought about her.

I've watched her since she was just a "model" and then through the girl-girl stuff, and then she took the leap that I prayed for every night (Thank you God) and thank you to the late Pope John Paul as well, because it might not have happened without him. He was a BIG-TIME Penny Flame fan.

I don't have any sense of the business, but I kind of feel like I've watched her grow up and now I want to watch her dominate and kick everyone else's ass. There are a lot of beautiful women, but Penny has something I don't see in anyone else. At least, not to the degree I see it in her. She just has something that you can't even quantify or explain and you can't take your eyes off of her. Selfishly for me, I could hope she keeps doing the stuff that she's doing, which is top notch, but could cause her to burn out OR, instead, some studio out there could recognize that she's a supernova in waiting.

Teagan and Penny Flame as the top faces of your studio. Or Penny and Aurora Snow as your top girls. There would be YOUR SALES and then there would be their sales. Flaming Hot Penny Flame Productions versus boring and dull Club Jenna, Vivid, Wicked, etc. Fo shizzle, someone out there has to see what I see and make this unbelievably sexy woman into a Golden Goddess, ruling the porn world.
