Regarding single frame playback, WMP has advanced controls for this sort of thing under View->Enhancements. They're called play speed controls or something. I don't remember if VLC has something similar.

When I play these back in WMP, VLC or MPlayer, they play in small frames on my PC monitor. If I re-size these the quality suffers and that I hate. I must be able to see every hair follicle, every glistening drop of pussyjuice. Is the small playback size just a limitation of the download format or is there anything I can do to enlarge the picture without losing quality?
