^ ADM is a marketplace where sellers advertise. Each individual seller has their own shipping policies. I know many of the American sellers on there won't ship overseas.

Maybe move this discussion to an ADM thread.

They don't allow anyone at ADM to ship to any of the following zip codes due to obscenity laws, which may be your issue.

15201 to 15295 - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
32000 to 32699 - Florida (Northern)
34400 to 34499 - Florida (Northern)
35000 to 36999 - Alabama
38600 to 39799 - Mississippi
46201 to 46290 - Indianapolis, Indiana
46601 to 46699 - South Bend, Indiana
71600 to 72999 - Arkansas
84000 to 84999 - Utah

The places that the zip codes are located can. Those ranges would be for a city, county, or full state.

Or those zip codes are areas with strong conservative/religious values and Federal prosecutors that have made public statements/careers going after people they perceive to be sinners.

Just remembered that after the 2000 election I found out that individual counties can actually decide what voting system to use to decide the federal election. (And after the debacle of that election, there was absolutely no talk of having a single universal federal election voting system.) So yes, it should not be a surprise that individual counties and cities can have their own obscenity laws.
