Looking for a film that came out between 1978 and 1987, but am assuming it came out in 1995, because it had the secondary title, "Desperately Seeking Orgasm", which I am assuming stems from Desperately Seeking Susan. But it has the same girl in each of the five scenes, in which she plays a cheer leader, and falls short of having an orgasm in every scene except for the last one. The first one is in a hotel room, the second she's paired up in a car, then a lesbian scene, then a threesome, then finally hooks up the guy she was avoiding the whole movie. It has a certain realism and relatability that I used to love, when I firs t saw it in 1987. Also, I am assuming that it is between 1978 and 1987, is because I saw it initially in 87, and the first scene has the song Baracuda (By Heart, which was released in 1978).
I knew I had "Desperately Seeking" somebody in my DVD stash so I rounded up Desperately Seeking Suzie from 1985. This flick's complete title is actually "Desperately Seeking Suzie...and Cindy, Lisa, Barbara, Irma, Donna and Nancy" with a befuddled Billy Dee wondering why all of these couples are hooking up in his house. In bookending scenes, Dee's ex played by Heather Wayne has a girl/girl encounter for the opening tryst and bedroom encounter with Billy for the finale. No female with orgasm trouble in this one. However, Jack Remy does a fine job of capturing the cast in well-lit scenes for this solid Harold Lime production. tb

Hey, I found that movie you were looking for. At first I thought it was Young Girls In Heat Or Desperately Seeking Orgasm, because I used to have the copy of the movie on VHS tape. But it's not the name of the movie, it was just copy of the movie and a theme somebody made up. I saw the movie last week and found out it's actually an 1980's film called "Velvet High". Check it out.
^ Excellent call I watched Velvet High not to long ago. I purchased it from Vinegar Syndrome it was part of their Peekarama Series it came along with Summertime Blue both were Directed By the late John Christopher who made some really good movies mostly on the East Coast. Velvet High stars Misty Reagan from Nothing To Hide (1981) fame a terribly underrated actress, the cool thing is here she gives an audio commentary on this DVD.
There must be something about Misty Reagan on Sunday I took in a Alex DeRenzy triple feature and one of the films was Cheryl Hanson Cover Girl (1981) which Misty was in.
