Looks like the Potter Twins. I'm pretty sure the movie is Finally Legal 5. Box Cover

Pretty hot scene from what I've seen in the clips.

DrP0rn0 is correct. Those shots come from Finally Legal 5. It's strange that they show shots from a Metro title on a page that is advertising Hustler movies. They could have shown similar shots from Hustler Busty Beauties #3 just as easily.

Here's Taylor Starr's filmography (AKA Jocelyn Potter). I think all of her scenes are with her sister, as their filmographies are identical except for one scene that the other sister was in.
