This is the type of info I'd like to hear:

The type of player. (make, model, approximately how old)

If you've had the opportunity to play it on another player, did it work OK on another player?

a small description of the type of problem, and where it occurs on the disc and for how long

Can you get past the problem to a point in the disc where the disc plays OK again? If so, how long does it take, and how did you get past the problem - by Rewinding and playing, or skipping to a chapter past the problem, or taking the disc out and trying again, or cleaning the disc with rubbing alcohol, etc.?

Is this type of problem ONLY occuring on Evil Angel discs for you? Or have you experienced it with other discs too? Brief statistics would be great.

If you can think of any other info that you think would be important to me, please list that to.
We are of course trying to find the problem and solve it, but we're also trying to find out the statistics of how many people are having problems compared to how many people aren't.

In the meantime, if you have discs that have playing problems, in the short term, since I would like to see and test these discs myself, I will exchange them for a new disc for you personally. Eventually, I'll go back to asking that you exchange them with the retailer, but it would help me to see these discs.
