If what you're asking for is essentially movies with good narratives and sex scenes in which the performers look like and have sex like real human beings, I'd suggest the films of Chuck Vincent, Anthony Spinelli, Armand Weston, and some earlier Gary Graver (Robert McCallum).
Some of the best are:
Sex World, Roommates, Taking of Christina, 3 A.M., and V - The Hot One.
Those are all on DVD and if they answer what you're looking for, check out more movies by those directors.
