I have what you are looking for. Go to porndirectorpodcast.com. It is Director's Sal Genoa's and his Friend "Con's" podcast about the industry. They try their best to have fun positive guests for an hour an a half every Thursday night around 7:00 pm. in the Valley They upload the podcast by around midnight here in CO. and they have over 50 episodes to download. Their site is easy to navigate with some pics and a promise of more video in the future. Their podcast turned me on to The Rialto Report, which has more in depth interviews, but you do not get to hear the crazy stories on The Rialto Report that you hear on Sal and Con's show. They get porn directors, male and female talent, PA's and Sal himself has had to fill in twice when they had a last minute "no show". (If you get a chance to be on this show, do not flake, they are growing fast and it will help your career!) Some of the best shows are when they have male talent and directors on the show telling stories about the early 2000's. Steve Holmes, Erik Everhard and Brandon Iron were really great. Carter Cruise, Ashley Blue, and Sarah Luvv are terrific as well. Sal is getting better and better as a Director too. Check out Girco's films by him, and Look Dad I'm in Porn from Combat Zone. (First scene kicks ass). Sal is trying something different and it makes his work more interesting then most of the by the numbers fluff that is out there. He is improving, and that is all any of us can hope for. I think we will be hearing more and more about him in the future. Con is hilarious on the show and trolls this forum as well so I would not be surprised if he sees this. Hi Con! Great job.

Next to The Rialto Report, this is probably my favorite porn-related podcasts of all time. I felt that over the years, it lost some of it's freshness. The most memorable episode for me was #10, with Riley Steele and Diablo Cody (the Oscar winning screenwriter).

I think that Diablo Cody may have been her stripper-name before it became her Hollywood-name. She wrote a pretty good book about her stripping career called Candy Girl.
I remember Riley being pretty funny too.

^^ It brought Cody Diablo to my awareness. I liked "Juno", "United States of Tara", and "Candy Girl"; but I had no idea that the same mind birthed all of them.
As I remember it, Riley was fun to listen to also. As a porn fan, I enjoy Riley's performances– something about her take on the ditzy blonde trope does it for me. She didn't step out of character for the interview, so it was a bit of a turn on too (at least for me).

Just found this: The Woodrocket Podcast.
The diversity of the guests suggests quality production values (I cannot abide shitty audio on a podcast). I will be giving this a try today.
