Anyone else getting pop ups for advertisements when they go to RLD or PXP websites and then try to leave?
This has happened to me for about 2 weeks.
If this is a tactic, I would say to the management.....stop it. It irritates customers.

Zero Tolerance's website has this annoying feature as well.

I just went to RLD's site a few minutes ago to check a cover of a title. I got no pop ups when I entered or exited that I noticed. Or maybe I just have my browser automatically block pop ups. I forget.

In the link on the left side, Adult DVD Links, it does say: Red Light District (pop-up windows)

Yeah, the pop-ups happen when you back out of a page and I have a pop-up blocker. I don't like it either and stopped visiting both sites. I'm sure they don't care and have their reasons for having this feature but it's not very user or consumer-friendly.

I am not the webmaster but this concerns me, too. You cannot look up the covers to older titles. I passed on your feedback to the higher ups. Hope this can be worked out in a better way.

Just heard back from the webmaster. There are many changes in the works. Please be patient. It's not the way I would do things, but I just try to produce the best movie I can each month. I hope good things come out of this.

I cannot understand what those reasons may be. For whatever profit any webmaster is earning from popups they are turning away at least that much by driving away customers. Plus it reflects poorly on the entire adult internet. There are plenty of people who think that every adult site engages in obnoxious practices like exit consoles.
