As an aside, since cannabis is now legal in Canada I've read that some strains can cause heightened sexual arousal. I have no knowledge of that either and since THC affects people differently it might not have a sexual affect on some people. You could use a strain and get super horny and I could use it and fall asleep.

Effects:
Poppers work very quickly, producing an almost instant high or "rush" of warm sensations and feelings of dizziness, similar to sensations of extreme alcohol intoxication. The effects come on very quickly after inhaling the drug, but unlike drugs such as alcohol, only last for seconds or minutes. While some people find the effects of poppers pleasurable, others find it extremely disorienting and unpleasant.

Poppers are vasodilators, meaning that they dilate the blood vessels. As a result, blood pressure drops rapidly, leading to lightheadedness, sometimes resulting in a brief loss of consciousness and muscle strength, known as syncope. At the same time, the heart speeds up, even if the person using poppers is relaxed, known as tachycardia.

^Alcohol has been legal for a very long time and yet producers avoid shooting performers who are clearly under the influence of alcohol. Canabis is now legal in Canada and legal in a few States but I suspect that again most producers would avoid shooting a performer who is under the influence of Canabis. Now that doesn't mean that producers don't shoot performers who are either stone or drunk but doing it can come at a risk of getting accused of sexual assault by the performer because she was under the influence of a controlled substance.
