Hmmm, a difficult one.
At first you'd think there would be quite a few that look like Kate, she's so damn hot and has all the qualities to be a top pornstar if you ask me. The hair, the pout, the figure...
In some pictures she looks a bit like Teagan Presley.
I'd say Jenny Hendrix reminds me a bit of her in some pics.

Kate Beckinsale is a genuinely beautiful woman. Any woman with bone structure as exquisite as Kate's, whatever her background, is going to have options besides porn so I doubt you will ever find a perfect match.
The best suggestion I can make is Sophia Santi. Like Kate she is a brunette with fine, slightly hard, slightly exotic features.

I agree with a couple of the previous posts. Jenna Presley might be the closest in appearance but as Goldenballs said Kate Beckinsdale does have a lot of different looks, particularly with the period pieces and sci-fi stuff she has done.

I love Kate Beckinsale,she's one of my favorite actresses and,IMO,the most beautiful mainstream screen-star since Jaclyn Smith.Good luck finding a pornstar that resembles her,as I haven't seen any that are really close...

Wow, Jenna Presley really does look like Kate, i can't believe i didn't notice her before. Wow; old post..I agree...Loni is one of my all time favs and was popular at that perfect time in my teens, if you know what I mean ;-) I had a mad crush on her from seeing her in magazines and couldn't believe someone so stunning did porn, especially then when there was not near the volume of pretty girls that did so.
