You see a lot of guys who've been in over 500 films. Hell, Peter North's been in almost 2,000. But, I wonder what actresses rival the men in terms of sheer quantity of performances. The most I could find was about 400 (for Jenna Haze).

I think it may be kind of hard to get an accurate number for this because of compilations.
Nina Hartley has 781 performer credits on IAFD, but it lists movies without any sex scenes from her in them, too.
Oh, filtering out nonsex films, she has 243 credits.

I know the criteria is 500 but Taylor St. Claire is listed as having 404 credits according to IAFD. A lot of these are compilations of course and so it is not completely correct but lots of her scenes are shot and produced independently and without a studio so I think it is safe to say she has appeared in well ove 500 scenes considering all her bondage and femdom work. Thought I'd add her to this thread even though she didn't really make the quota. Whatever though, she's the best!

As the keeper of Nina Hartley's videography, the actual number of first-run (non-comp) hardcore films/videos she has done the deed in at least once is 496.
And yes, that number was derived after weeding out all the non-sex scenes.
Only Sharon Kane has more, with 498.
No other female performer even has 400.
Sharon has not done anything in a year and a half, so Nina is set to overtake her this month with four new features: Burn (Vivid), Nina Loves Girls (Sweetheart), You've Got Another Mother Cummin 2 (Zero Tolerance) and Rico's Bangin' Yo Mama (Smash).
Any bets as to which one will be her historic 500th?

Okay, so apparently 500 non-comp titles for a female performer is like 300 wins for a major league pitcher. Attribute it to steroids, improved training regiments or some other factor, but several current performers are likely to join the 500 title club. For instance, i have Jenna Haze at 324 non-comp titles and she's only 26 years old!
