Hello my friends! Id like to share to you guys my concern about porn addict, maybe I was. Can this is really harm to me? somebody else have some experience with this topic. Last week i was without internet and I feel very stressed and easy irritability, in lack of porn sites, I think it harmful to my family life, What should I do? I am the tipical porn fan guy, I like to organize my material, with my favorite pornstar, make video editions search for new girls and so on, not a normal man lol
I have yet to see any proof that porn addiction actually exists. Regardless, the bottom line is that you are either happy with your life or you are not. If you are not then there's nothing we can do for you besides offer our sympathy and advise you to make some changes. What those changes should be depends on where you want your life to go.
I guess if you try to stop & can't for any length of time you might have a problem? I honestly don't know. I used to spend a lot of money back in the days of VHS. Money I really didn't have to spend as a college student. I'd walk miles in the snow to get to the video store. Couldn't wait to get there. When I first got a cellphone & had Internet, I'd stay up until 2am looking at porn. I go to work at 4am!!! I've gone home on break & watched porn. Spent hour upon hour looking at the stuff. Last week, I gave it up for 5 days. That's the longest I've gone in over 20 yrs. I feel like I have a problem & am going to try giving it up again this week. If its just something you do for fun like watch football then it's no big deal. If you get itchy when you don't see any, & waste hours searching for a high, then you have a problem.

It does in the sense that anything can be turned into an addiction. Porn in itself is not addictive (like a drug substance for booze), but it can become an addiction for someone if they cross a line. Anything really that causes you withdraw from the world, become unhealthy, sever and detach from relationships, risk finances, and things of that nature can be called an addiction. There are people out there who consume porn to the point of risking those areas of their lives. If you can't stop consuming something even when there is serious risk to other areas of your life, it indicates an addiction. When you get a guy who has to take a payday loan because he blew his rent on a webcam site, or a guy who has isolated himself from his wife by watching porn 7 nights a week and not giving his wife emotional attention, or a guy sleeps in for work because he was up watching porn to 4am, those are indications there is a problem. This can be said for booze, food, smokes, drugs, porn, gambling, or anything really. The person in question would be addicted to something, they just happened to go down that path with porn. So, porn in itself is not the problem, the problem is whatever leads someone to lose themselves within. Edited by - DAPistheBEST on 2/21/2015 6:17:05 PM
I used to think I had this problem but I've found as I've gotten older and been exposed to practically every (legal) form of depravity, my thirst for porn has naturally petered out. If anything, I now have the opposite problem - I'm not interested enough. Porn still fascinates me but I now enjoy using my experience and knowledge to talk about it on sites like this, rather than spending inordinate amounts of time jerking off. That would be my advice to anyone who considers him/herself a 'porn addict': watch enough of it and, sooner or later, you will reach saturation point and start looking for other ways to fill your time. I do still knock one out occasionally (what man doesn't?) but nowadays when I have a bit of downtime I'm more likely to reach for my Xbox controller than my laptop and a tub of lube.

Yes, porn addiction is a matter. It is like I found a habit like as masturbation. The more you do the more you want. Suppose you have no url in your computer about porn then you wont feel any interest to watch. But once you visit through a porn site you can not restrict yourself just to view one porn video. This is my experience.
That's a conditional response. Conditional responses are not addictions. Suppose you have no url in your computer about porn then you wont feel any interest to watch.
Then, again, you aren't an addict. But once you visit through a porn site you can not restrict yourself just to view one porn video. This is my experience.
