has anyone ever bought a series of family guy or something similar and they get one of those special dvd cases that folds out and has loads of dvds inside, why dont they do that with porn it would be great to buy the entire ass worship collection or WAD or internal cumbustion etc inside special packaging (saves space and looks cool :).... the only company i know that does is private, but i beleive they are just the individual boxes bundled together plus they are crap so who cares. Anyone else think this is a good idea.

Won't work for real fans because they already buy the DVD's when they come out and won't wait until a box is released, at least that's what I do when it comes to adult movies.

Private has some like this: Amanda's Diary, Best of the Best, Pirate Fetish, Superfuckers, Virtualia, etc.

Devil's Film, CDI and Sunshine have a few box sets of their compilation series as well. Try advance searches using the terms for 'box', 'box set', '22 hours' or '24 hours'

Then try to keep your dick away from wood shavings and wheat dust, you're bound to start a fire with that much stroke material.

I just saw this week that there are 4 "Buttman Back Pack" volumes, each with 4 vintage Buttman DVDs inside. Since I have yet to actually pick up an official Buttman DVD, I am thinking this might be the way to go for me, as long as there is plenty of anal action in each. I saw these listed as FiveStarDVD.com.

Otherwise, I think with some long-running series, there should be a few more compilations, though I know some consumers hate them. All I know is, Devil's Film "Tight & Asian: Best Anals" was EXACTLY what I wanted and I did not have to purchase 5 separate volumes of the series to get the Asian anal action. I am hoping Sineplex can do a Best Of collection for "Les Perversions" and "Winkers" and that DVSX can release comps for the best anal scenes from "Truly Nice Tits" and "Sakura Tales"... :)

they're compilations of unrelated features aren't they?

Well, they all relate more or less to horror.

But they are not a series or sequels or so.

Personally I would have rather seen a boxset with DOUBLE FEATURE and BRIDE OF DOUBLE FEATURE plus some new produced extra features on a bonus disc instead of putting only the first one in a box with three other features.

I also think it would be a great idea. There's a "Carmen goes to College" 4-pack out there, but very few retailers carry it, and it's still a bit pricey. It would be a great idea for gonzo series too. Considering the massive a mount of new gonzo series getting released each month, that would be a nice way to catch up on a specific series for a cool price (and, for the studio, to breathe new life into it). To design a fold-out box instead of a simple square boxset would certainly boost the prices, though.

Actually I think this seriously would work for porn. The average 18 year old that watches Porn probably hasn't even seen an edition of Service Animals, WOAD, Ass Worship, Flesh Hunter, Baker's Dozen, Balls Deep, Un-Natural Sex and so on. So once these young adults finally see the latest editions of some of these series in the back of their mind they may wonder what the intial installments of the series were like. So what a surprise it would be for them to see these series selling in box sets for $100 or so.
