However, I was looking different kind of porn emoticons: some friends sent porn emoticons which actually were like a repeating (very) short porn video clip (e.g. fucking, blowjob, cumshot), taken from a porn scene.

Do you also know where I can find these and how I can create some by myself using the movies I own ?

That's just an animated GIF. You can make them yourself by taking the required snapshots with your media player and then, in a paint application (GIMP can do it), combining, cropping, resizing, and generally fiddling about with them and saving them as a GIF animation.

They quickly get a little large though.

For a more automated approach try googling for programs such as avi2gif and mpeg2gif; they might be able to do it too, but I don't know about the resizing bit.

Hm, but according to your desrciption, it seems to be a lot of work to create such an animated GIF :) ! (I thought it was just something like saving a (short) video sequence as GIF !).

Anyway, I will try to search for some animated porn GIF's in the internet. Another idea also came in my mind, namely that actually there are a lot of these animated porn GIF's on any kind of porn related websites, so it shouldn't be too hard just to save and use them later in the MSN messenger.

In any case, I will let you know :) ...

With the GIMP, you just cut'n'paste the snapshots as one layer each into your image file. That way the cropping and resizing is done on all images simultaneously. When you save as a GIF, you select the "Save as animation" box, and enter the time between frames. Voila!

But I got another problem now:

MSN Messenger told me that the file size must not be larger than 150 KB (in order to be used as emoticon) but some of the GIF's I downloaded are larger !
How can I edit/resize animated GIF's ?
