It was prolly filmed in the late 80's more likely early 90's...the whole plot was a guy with a weird voice who was selling vibrators...that were waterproof so you could use them in the tub and such.....I remember specifically the fact that the vibrators were in every scene, there was a hot tub scene..and that guys nasal annoying voice.
