What is far worse than poorly endowed guys are well endowed guys who can't keep a hard on and I've seen plenty of them that are scene killers. I have no complaint about the girls today. What you are seeing is an expansion of porn into many areas that did not exist years ago, filling niches and an explosion of amateur porn so it may seem like the girls are less attractive, but that is a matter of being selective in the material you choose to view. In the case of porn, this isn't totally true. Amateurs get paid too. Pros and Amateurs all sign a contract to release copyrights and the contract requires consideration. In all cases I'm familiar with, that consideration is cash. Technically, none of them get paid 'to do something'. In porn, amateur vs professional typically has more to do with the nature of the production. Pros tend to be large scale productions with film crews that include multiple camera operators, director/producer, sound techs, and other support personnel. Amateurs are typically either self filmed or utilize small one or two person crews. The results USUALLY result in different quality outputs, but not always.
Then by that logic, a lot of my favorites would be "amateurs".... like JM Productions, Rodney Moore, Max Hardcore, and others.... I disagree. The word "amateur" in porn may exist, but usually applies more to the actor-meaning "unknown".
