There are some movies based on actual scandals for Tiger Woods parodied with Tyler's Wood who is close to the truth or those movies made by one of his actual mistresses Joslyn James who are themed after golf who may have some kind of reality showed in it especially when she performs with Jon Jon who was her former boyfriend prior to meet Tiger and with whom she has great intensity and chemistry possibly close to that with Tiger
Porn itself is a true sex story where the actors play themselves. Because their sex is real and not pretended. Porn fans like their favorite porn-stars because these porn-stars are attractive and very good in bed, and not because they've played some character really well. Real stories don't work well in porn, because people in real life usually need to go through a lot of social hoops and barriers, before they have sex with each other. Going through those social hoops and barriers isn't sex or porn. It has no place in porn, unless it's very quick and painless.

This is an intriguing notion. I'm interested to see if anyone can think of an example. There are a lot of "reality" style porn movies, but I am trying to think of porn films that are based on a true story. I will report back if I think of anything...
1976 "Water Power" starring Jamie gillis. Based on true 1966 "Enema Bandit" criminal who gave women enemas in Champaign IL. I saw the movie and it sucked. Enemas were all faked. Bummer. Zappa made a song about it.

^ Perhaps you are confusing romance and relationships with sex. Sure, porn stars don't have much of a romance or relationships with each other, in most cases. But their sex with each other is of professional quality, which is often far better than the amateur sex ordinary people have with each other.
There is the movie Face Jam, which purports to be the account of Kylie Ireland's one-night stand with Michael Jordan. There have been a lot of celebrity parodies, which maybe aren't related to specific events, but in which some of the celebrity's exploits are fodder for parody. There have been a few movies about Cleopatra.
