Seriously, since the 70s we've seen rare instances of such activities, and then thanks to the european 90s, these things happened once in a while. Heck, in many Jules Jordan and latter Private releases, guys would go it and stuff both their cocks at the same time in the girl's mouth. The practice seems to have become almost standard past the 2015 mark (or so), and as I said, many online-only content have been providing these types of activities as more main-focus. Think of the online-only Jack Ripher stuff, and some of those semi-amateur GKP or GKH or (I can not recall at the moment), and quite a bit of the Sperm Mania material. Like I said, a lot of of the Chris Strokes ("Mr Strokes XXX") and J.J. stuff have been toying with the concept, but nothing in terms of official porn releases actually focused on the subject(s) has been released.
