As for Veronica Hart, the magazine KAOS2000 quoted her as saying she'd been "jeaned and reamed" shortly before they interviewed her. That's probably not a description of lesbian sex. And it's probably not her husband either , since they're separated, albeit amicably.
I think I understand what he was trying to say. A lot of porn stars will talk about how they don't have a boyfriend or husband, and how the only time they get to have sex is on camera. I guess he thinks that means they never have boyfriends or off camera sex.
He might mean that some girls only fuck on camera - and save anal for their home lives (which i reckon Ms Jameson has been doing for years) - some girls won't even kiss on camera because it's too intimate
A few months ago, Nina Hartley said on the Sex and Relationships forum of her message board that many sex workers won't allow a partner to come inside them unless it's someone they're emotionally intimate with. She said this is a personal boundary issue for them in a way that it typically isn't for non-porn people. I'm glad it isn't universal, however, since I prefer to see men come inside their partners (just as I'd prefer to with my own), or at least while in contact with them.

If you follow the link mona8mona gives and read the entire thread, it becomes apparent that he simply has an obsession with describing certain fantasies about being a child whose sex worker mother does certain acts that he thinks are "degrading."
