Weekly is a bit of a hipster loving publication so they gravitate towards screenings and films which they deem as kool[sic], 'edgy,' 'indie,' or 'alt.' Though they tend to give decent coverage to regular (as in non-XXX) repertory screenings around town, but when it comes to exploitation events, they have a decided preference towards those screenings that revel is film-mocking and other ironic nonsense and 'so-bad'it's-good' type crap.
