I have heard of a few occasions where the two (or more) performers were so into fucking one another that they carried on with their action off the set.

Does anyone know of any scenes (shot in recent past) where this was the case? Has anyone ever become a couple as a result of their scene(s) together?

I met my current on again off again boyfriend in a scene, I have fucked A LOT of my partners while the camera wasnt rolling! One of the make up artists even said to me, you and Julie night, there is no point in putting lipstick on you until they start rolling!
