Scene 1: The guy is Mike Horner, pretty sure one of the girls is P.J. Sparxx. He's sitting on a couch in the office and having a whisky on the rocks. The two blondes are already there and talk to Mike about needing private information from his company. Mike responds, with "ladies, ladies ladies", and goes on saying that he'd be foolish to give up the information. That's when the two girls strip down to their lingerie. One girl is wearing black lingerie, the other is in white. Seems like the scene was made in the late 80s or early 90s.
Scene 2: Stunningly beautiful girl with short blonde hair is very tall and screws a guy on a restaurant table. Girl has a face of a model, kind of like Anita Blond. But the key here is the girl has short completely blonde hair. Compare the length and style to Kayla Synz short haircut. She's very skinny and has fake breasts the size of Jenna Jameson's. A few instances of standing fucking against the table. The scene was made in the early to mid 90s.

According to IAFD there were five (5) films in which Mike Horner and P. J. Sparxx appeared. All were released between 1992 and 1995.
Cookie 'n Cream (1992)
Waterbabies (1992)
Three Wives (1993)
Secret Seductions 2 (1995)
Flesh Palace (1995)
Of these five only had a scene in which Mike Horner and P.J. Sparxx appeared with another actress.

Additionally, P.J. Sparxx was active as Performer 1991-1999 (Started around 22 years old) so she wasn't in any films released in the late 80s. Based on the early 90s possibility, that might rule out Flesh Palace (1995), leaving Cookie 'n Cream (1992) as the possible film.
Looking at the [ invalid url ] listing it seems that this film was basically a Tianna Taylor feature.
Didn't find any reviews or any plot synopsis that might further identify the content.
