Just got me thinking, the other day - what are porn stars thoughts about injuring themselves during sex, especially stuff like anal - are they concerned about becoming incontinent or 'loose' after regular anal? This must be a thought that crosses their minds - and do any performers have problems afterwards?
If they do have long term effects, then how come they put themselves under such risk? Surely there are safer careers one could take up? It may not be as much fun, but surely your well being comes first??? Doesn't it?

I've heard tale of a lot of vaginal and anal tearing over the past couple decades. I think the combination of rough sex and females not ready or able to take the length and girth of some performers is to blame.
