No. Their paperwork certifies them as being STD free for a set period.
If the pornstar does several shoots a week, it's almost pointless to do a test for every scene anyway as some STDs such as HIV can more take a week to be detected properly after infection.

Standard testing protocol calls for a VD test every 14 days. Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Trich, HPV, HIV, Hepatitis A, B, C and a couple other VDs that I cannot recall right now are tested for in the standard adult performer panel, both urine and blood samples are drawn (it is a point of contention with some people in the industry that oral and anal testing are not required at the current time). A few smaller companies still use 30 day testing while Axel Braun (a relatively successful producer of porn parodies) requires 7 day testing. In most instances the performer pays for the testing although Kink and Axel Braun both pay for testing of their performers. An adult industry performer panel costs about $200.
