| GirlsLuvPorn2 Member Sin City, Baby! 12 Posts 8/04 | Just wondering what you guys (and gals) think: some say that it's the industry's responsibility to monitor porn stars who are on drugs and get them into rehab. Some say that only that person can get help for themselves. This is in no way me insinuating that ALL porn stars are druggies, because I'd say that most of them are not. Nothing's wrong with partying, but only if you can handle yourself, and not let it run your life. Opinions, anyone? S. [Link] |
| croy Platinum Member Discovry 4574 Posts 3/04 | It is a self responsibility thing. In some industries, because of the dangers posed to others, people need to be tested and removed from their jobs. Rehab is always an individual's responsibility. Hopefully help is there when they are ready. A person letting something ruin their life is also their choice. The living of life can only be done by the individual themselves. Ultimately a "productive" life forced on a person is of no value to themselves or society. These are also the words of a person who quit drugs cold turkey with no withdrawal symptoms, on a whim. I cannot say I am more productive either way. |
