How does it work? Also can porn star "turn down" certain scenes if they don't like like "rough sex" or "lesbian stuff" especially female porn stars. To some extent, the types of scenes they'll do is dependent on what bills need to be paid but their agency card will usually show details of what acts they'll perform and their current availability. Being picky and declining to do scenes can quickly lead to a reputation of being ''difficult to work with'' and anyone like that is unlikely to last very long in the industry. [Link]

Click to expand Thanks for your insights. What happens if there's a straight porn star and she doesn't want to do lesbian scenes. Would she tell her agent to not put "lesbian" on her scenes. Or would this be uncommon? Likewise with some "rough/hardcore" type of porn could some porn stars choose to work on this type of scenes? I was going through some modeling websites/modelling world were some models would specifically say things, "like no bdsm stuff." So for the most part when someone becomes a porn star and sign with agency/agent are they agreeing to doing most type of scenes(implicitly of course) or is it that you can choose to do specialize like if a model says I only want to do softcore type of content and then she primarily works for a few companies? It seems the latter might be more common with porn stars who have been in the porn world for awhile that they choose to work with content creators they like but I'm not quite sure. [Link]

On the other hand, CeCe Leigh clearly states that she will only do girl-girl scenes -- unless the production company is also willing to book her husband for a boy-girl hardcore scene.
