As far as I can tell female porn stars have appeared in mainstream movies since before the Video Age of Porn, the 1970s. The best way to find out "who" would be to go to the International Movie Data Base site and simply look up a performer by name. Usually the porn girls play hookers or strippers--or simply appear naked. Beginning with the 1960s "Hippie Era," having porn girls appear nude was Hollywood's way of spicing up a (mostly "B") movie--even though most "serious" American actresses refused to uncloth in front of a camera. (Foreign actresses, especially from Italy, were not afraid to show tits & ass--but no beaver.) The number of American porn girls in mainstream films is too long to list. Amber Lynn had a non-speaking, topless role in one party/orgy scene in the movie, "52 Pick-Up.' Also in the scene (clothed) are Jamie Gillis, Ron Jeremy, and Sharon Mitchell. The movie's villian, John Glover, filmed them at play. Yes...Gina Lynn played one of the strippers in the Sopranos.
Ashlyn Gere also had a recurring role in the 90's TV show Millennium, and I believe that Asia Carrera had a small role in The Big Lebowski and Kobe Tai in I Know What You Did Last Summer (?).
There was also Karin Schubert who went the other way and turned from a mainstream career to porn in the 1980s. But it is much cooler if someone can start with Videorama and Magma and become a serious mainstream actress. Good for Sibel Kekilli.

The all time WORST mainstream movie containing mostly ex-porners has to be "Evil Breed: The Legend of Samhein." Ginger Lynn, Chasey Lain, Taylor Hayes, Jenna Jameson....there's one scene where the cannibalistic slasher cuts open Jenna (I think) and ponders over the silicone implants he finds. This movie is playing on Sci-Fi channel right now....get some booze first, though...you'll need it to sit thru this one. It's awful. There were more than a few moments in the movie I found myself screaming "Shut up and fuck her already to keep her quiet!"
"He's Got Game" directed by Spike Lee. I don't think anyone mention that both Chasey Lain and Janine played hookers, trying to influence a innocent, up-and-coming basketball player in this Denzel Washington-starring vehicle. Maybe this scene (though softcore) can be credited as Chasey & Janine's first IR scene?
IMO this is the #1 problem with porn girls doing mainstream. Too often (though not always) porn girls will take ANY role in a movie that doesn't require them to fuck. But, I don't want to see my fav porn star in a terrible mainstream movie. It makes them less of a "star" to me. Why would a porn star, who is so particular about NOT being in a terrible sexvid (like Jenna Jameson), allow herself to appear in a piece of shit mainstream movie? It's not the money, so there must be a part of her that wants the "respectability" of non-porn work. Bad choice--she can be respectable in porn!
That's because they can't or don't get hired for "Bigger" mainstream movies. AAA titles or even B titles. And C grade titles rarely happen. And when they do, its either a small role or a cameo where they don't talk or have any lines. This is because most (90-95%) of pornstars can't act for shit. Sorry to say it guys and gals but its true. Why do you think that most features in porn are parodies of real movies and comedies. Its to mask the fact that they can't act at all and to seem like they are acting bad on purpose. This is why I usually stray away from features unless they claim to be "Big" or have great scenes. This probably explains why Jenna Jameson is getting Scarlett Johannson to play her in her Biography Movie based off of her book. Beacuse Scarlett can actually act.

Little Oral Annie was mentioned in the George C Scott/Peter Boyle movie "Hardcore"(1979). But it's confusing because I don't think Annie started her career until around 1982. Im not sure but Ill have to check her filmography dates. We never see Annie as her pornself but the porn guy nerdy producer mentions a Little Oral Annie and it could be a coincidence that actress Andrea Parducci picked the moniker up for herself when she started porn. Or possibly someone having seen Hardcore assigned the name to Parducci in response to her deepthroat talents.
