First, YES many porn stars socialize with each other. This is a pretty fun industry with lots of parties. It is easier and safer to party with each other sometimes. :) Second, YES some porn stars are fucking other porn stars off screen. I know many of them. Personally, I hang out with mostly people I have met through the adult industry and through our swinging community here in LA. My hubby owns a mainstream software company; I am an up and cumming porn star. We are swingers. Our friends are bankers, lawyers, Hollywood screen writers, porn stars, directors, college students, small business owners, etc.... They are for the most part pretty open and accepting about what I do because they are either in the industry or open to sex as swingers (even though they lead very normal lives in business). I think many of the people I know are intrigued by what I do. I definitely have been to swing parties where we had an advantage because everyone knew a "porn star" was coming and because of that mystique people were interested in meeting us and we got "first dibs". This is probably because we have yet to turn our limited marketing resources towards the rent-by-mail companies. In the mean time, it wouldn't hurt if every single person on AdultDVDTalk wrote to their favorite rent-by-mail company and asked if they were carrying the film.
