It somehow makes it more naughty. Movie stars or rock stars keep their relationships private sometimes if their icon status is big enough, if they are symbols of an ideal tyhe fans desire. There are no "icons" in porn, as far as I can see. The business of porn, it seems to me, is the gleeful offering of yourself up as pure product. No romantic allusions, no granduer of celebrity.
