Ill share what I know.

When I first started in porn in 2008, anabolic had a budget of about 30k per dvd, which breakd down to $6000 or so per scene.

Girls get around $1500, guy $500, Location $200/hour (figure on 5 hours at least) Photographer $500, PAs $250 (need 2) The remainaing $2000 is the directors, minus whatever expenses they have that day. When I did Nikki Milkshake it was 100 gallons of milk, at $3 each, those kind of expenses.

Can a scene be shot now for much cheaper? Of course, but you'll have to cut every corner you can.

No location fees, no pictures, no PAs, no lighting, and you could probably pay someone around $2500-$3000 or so to get it done. The talent isnt taking a cheaper rate, especially the girl, and the director is going to want at least $500 for his time.

Not exactly practical unless you are Elon Musk with a large disposable income. Guys like martin shkreli come to mind.
